Caren Pistorius is excited by the challenge of co-starring alongside Russell Crowe in the psychological thriller Unhinged.
She will play a mother that crosses paths by chance with a vengeful man, whose road rage seems to have no limits.
At 30 years old, Pistorius is more than ready for this new milestone in her career. This New Zealand actress born in South Africa became known for the series The Blue Rose and for her role as Eloise Ward in another well-known series, the Australian Offspring.
Pistorius also was on the big screen with Derek Cianfrance's romantic drama The Light Between Oceans and with John Maclean's film called Slow West, which was awarded the Grand Jury Prize at Sundace.
Unhinged is the next big challenge of this young actress who is increasingly gaining a place on the front page of the industry.
Pistorius's son will be played by Gabriel Bateman, a young man on the rise who will also have to deal with the consequences of crossing path with the wrong man at the least opportune moment.
