First reviews! Greta

The psychological thriller of Isabelle Huppert and Chloë Grace Moretz fascinates the media

A lost bag. A young girl lost in the big city. A lovely lady who offers her support and affection. A friendship that will soon become an obsession.

These are some of the elements that are part of the plot of Greta, the next film by award-winning director Neil Jordan where Isabelle Huppert and Chloë Grace Moretz build a close and dangerous bond.

Greer McNally (Time Out) highlights Isabelle Huppert’s great interpretation which "offers a masterclass in crazy. She takes the neuroses of her troubled characters in 'The Piano Teacher' and 'She' and amps them up a notch", the journalist said.

James Berardinelli (ReelViews) adds: “Isabelle Huppert, who seemingly has no bounds when it comes to the roles she’s willing to play, is suitable creepy as Greta”.

Likewise, Richard Roeper (Chicago Sun-Times) highlights the expertise of director Neil Jordan because "he does a fine job of setting the table at a deliberate pace, providing clues here and there indicating something might be slightly… off about Greta."

Greta is soon to be released!
