From lyrics to movies: three worthwhile examples

Great expectation in the face of new adaptations of literary successes

The conversion from the book to theaters raises an old controversy. There are few who think the leap from literature to film is a road full of losses. However, some films get to go beyond the discussion and become a celebrated new experience.

This was the case of the romantic comedy about second chances Juliet, Naked. The film displayed with virtuosity the range of emotions of the novel "Juliet, Naked" by the great British writer Nick Hornby.

When talking about good book adaptations, this year there will be two releases that will not go unnoticed.

 Between romance and terror

After adapts to the big screen the mega-editorial event for the adolescent universe, the saga written by Ana Tood. A passionate romance and no less conflictive between sweet Tessa and complicated Hardin, two young university students who will go through the turbulence of the first love.

Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark is not left behind. With the co-production of Guillermo del Toro, this adaptation based on Alvin Schwartzf's trilogy of best-selling books is already positioned as the most anticipated horror release of the year.

The huge effort of adaptations is worth it.
