An excellent cast meets under the direction of renowned filmmaker Peter Berg for his next film, full of adrenaline and suspense, Mile 22.
Leading the cast is Mark Wahlberg, one of the biggest box office actors in Hollywood, and who has already participated in three other Berg productions.
Wahlberg is James Silva, an elite agent of the CIA, and soldier of the wars fought in the shadows. In a country suspected of illegal nuclear activity, Silva will have to escort the one who seconds him in the cast, an Indonesian rising actor and martial arts expert Iko Uwais, for 22 miles.
To help protect this local official with information on radioactive material, Lauren Cohan, the star of the zombie television apocalypse, appears as another intrepid agent of the CIA member of the ultra-secret unit Wahlberg commands.
Meanwhile, a large undisputed film star, John Malkovich, is also present in the cast. His character is in charge of the most sophisticated weapon of the CIA which is used in extreme cases like this. Because, after all, in Berg's film what seems like a simple transfer mission ends in a game of persecution with global consequences.
