Goodbye, 2022! The best movies of the year are here

Let's take a look at Diamond's releases

Plenty of films hit the big screen this year: prequels, indie films, sci-fi, and fantasy stories. Many of these films amazed us and gave us a lot to talk about. Some even earned multiple nominations for the 2023 Golden Globes. Throughout 2022, we released several films that touched every viewer. Let's take a look at some of our suggestions:

Everything Everywhere All at Once: the film follows a Chinese immigrant, who must save humanity by exploring other universes. Unfortunately, this leads her to an even greater challenge when she finds herself lost in the infinite worlds of the multiverse. The cast includes Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan, and Jamie Lee Curtis.

Orphan: First Kill: in this prequel to the hit horror film Orphan, our protagonist travels to the United States after escaping from a psychiatric clinic in Estonia and poses as the missing daughter of a wealthy family. However, an unexpected twist forces the mother to protect her family from the murderous "girl."

The Worst Person in the World: the film tells the story of Julie, who is turning thirty and is experiencing an existential crisis. Several of her talents have gone sour and her boyfriend, Aksel, a successful graphic novel writer, is pressuring her to settle down. One night, she sneaks into a party and meets the charming Eivind. Before long, she ends her relationship with Aksel and starts a new one, hoping to get another perspective on her life. But before long she realizes that some of her life decisions are already behind her.

It's been a wonderful 365 days for the world of the seventh art! Incredible movies were released in these twelve months, allowing us to live fantastic stories on the big screen.
