My Spy: a super detective in trouble

Here is the new comedy by Peter Segal after Second Act

Creator of great comedies, Peter Segal returns to theaters in his role as director- he is also a screenwriter, producer and actor- with a story that promises to captivate everyone.

We are talking about My Spy, which tells the unthinkable adventures between a troubled CIA agent, starring Dave Bautista, and an insightful nine-year-old girl played by Chloe Coleman.

Learning the spy trade

On the rude undercover agent JJ, director Segal said: ""As our story begins, we see Dave playing a megatough professional who dispatches the villains with ease."

And he adds: “But now he's going into a more nuanced world that demands a different, subtler skillset, as opposed to a guy with a machine gun in the desert. Getting information, instead of breaking necks, doesn't come so easily to JJ."

Thus, during the plot of this funny comedy we see that JJ's natural brutality is challenged by the subtleness that secret espionage requires but he will not be alone in this new challenge. He will receive the unexpected help of Sophie, a girl who after uncovering him will force him to teach her all his secrets in exchange for not giving him away.

An unmissable film!
