An addicted to technology in trouble

The film comedy Jexi shows the technological nightmare created by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore

The help of a digital assistant for any kind of task 24 hours a day seems like a great idea.

The protagonist of the film Jexi, the new comedy written and directed by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, found this unexpected function in his new cell phone.

A must-see comedy starring Adam Devine

Phil is an introverted, lonely man addicted to his cell phone but his life turns upside down with the appearance of Jexi, the new app that will help him relate better to others and even find love, although it will also bring about some trouble.

"Scott had an idea, what would happen if we simply took Artificial Intelligence and made it as unpleasant and frustrating as it is sometimes?" Moore talked about how Jexi was born.

An idea they take to the extreme on the big screen by turning Jexi into a true technological nightmare for Phil, who must get rid of his new virtual friend before his own life is at risk.

With a cast completed by Alexandra Shipp, Ron Funches and Charlyne Yi, among others, the writers of Bad Moms bring a new super hilarious comedy.
