In the film that marks the return of Foster to the big screen after five long years, the story revolves around his character, Nurse. She is a woman who runs a sort of clandestine hospital where criminals of the city are welcomed, with the condition that they comply with a series of rules.
But the delicate balance that keeps the place destined to attend to the needs of the most dangerous men is broken by the irruption of a criminal willing to break the rules. After all, what do criminals do?
