On this special day that celebrates love, we recommend you celebrate it by watching some romantic stories: a dubious friendship between a man and a woman; a celebrity who falls in love with a younger person; or a long-distance relationship, but real long distance, between the planet Mars and Earth. What If: the film tells the story of two people, Wallace and Chantry, who meet at a party and have great chemistry. He is still not over a breakup and she is in a stable relationship so they decide to be good friends, but they don't know if they can avoid falling in love.
Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool: the film is a reconstruction of the story of actress Gloria Grahame, who had a brief period of fame during the 1950s due to her participation in several noir films. The film switches between two timelines, between 1979 and 1981, to narrate the beginnings of the relationship between the veteran actress (Annette Bening) and a young hotel concierge and aspiring actor called Peter Turner (Jamie Bell).
The Space Between Us: a modern love story between two teenagers from different worlds. Gardner Elliot (Asa Butterfield), the first human being born on Mars, who is secretly raised in an experimental colony after his astronaut mother dies during childbirth, and Tulsa, a young woman living in Colorado, USA.
The Age of Adaline: Adaline, a 29-years-old woman, acquires the ability not to age after a strange accident. But after a long, lonely life throughout the twentieth century hiding her secret, she will finally meet a man worth confessing her truth for. The film features a great cast, including Harrison Ford (Ender's Game, Paranoia), Blake Lively, Ellen Burstyn and Michiel Huisman.
Elsa and Fred: Starring Christopher Plummer (All the Money in the World, Remember) and Shirley MacLaine, the film is about two people who discover that it is never too late to love and make their dreams come true. Elsa is a lively 82- years-old woman. Fred, on the other hand, has always been a conventional, serious and responsible man. When he becomes a widower, his daughter encourages him to move to a smaller apartment because he feels bewildered and distressed by the absence of his wife. There he meets his neighbor Elsa and from that moment on, she steps into his life to show him that the time he has left is precious.
