Moonfall

Emmerich's new epic film

A new blockbuster by Roland Emmerich (Midway, Independence Day) will hit the big screen in the coming months. What is he up to this time? An epic film where life on planet Earth as we know it will be threatened once again, in this case, by the moon, whose orbit will change radically and become a great danger to mortals.

Who will save us? Jo Fowler, a former astronaut played by Halle Berry, NASA executives Brian Harper (Patrick Wilson), Tom Lopez (Michael Peña) and a conspiracy theorist expert called KC Houseman (John Bradley). Donald Sutherland (The Hunger Games) and Charlie Plummer (All the Money in the World) have also joined the cast.

A few weeks ago, the director announced on his official social networks the release date in the United States for February 2022, so it is expected that there will soon be news about the Latin American premiere. Emmerich posted: "In the year 2022 the moon will come to us... And it's not what we think it is" We have high expectations!

The latest news is that at Cinemacon - an event held from August 23 to 26 - some first posters were displayed in the halls with the image of the space and the moon in the foreground and with the title of the film and the actors who are part of the cast. In addition to this, an incredible and intriguing piece

For fans of the sci-fi and catastrophe genre, this will be one of the most eagerly anticipated releases as it definitely promises to be the blockbuster of the year.
