Jon Hamm’s distinctive style

The actor will be part of The Report

The leading role as creative director Don Draper in the series Mad Men made Jon Hamm’s career escalated to high rates of fame worldwide. But the 48-year-old American actor, owner of an unmistakable elegance and style, had a lot of determination before stardom.

Things didn’t go out well at the beginning. Living in Los Angeles, Hamm was a young actor looking for an opportunity. Between auditions and his job as a waiter, he set himself a deadline to succeed: his 30th birthday.

If by that time, he hadn’t succeeded, he would retire from acting. Luckily, he didn’t have to wait to start acting nonstop. Space Cowboys (2000) and We Were Soldiers (2002) were his first films.

He won an Emmy for the series Mad Men and he was two times awarded a Golden Globe for his performance. Now Hamm returns to the big screen with The Report, where he plays President Barack Obama’s Chief of State.

The Report. A truth will be revealed

The film by Scott Z. Burns portrays the true story of the investigations for abuse of power on the part of the United States when looking for the perpetrators of the attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001.

Adam Driver, Annette Bening and Jon Hamm himself are part of this troubling story.
