The official trailer of 21 Bridges shows us like never before the frenzy of a police chase with the most iconic city in the world as scenario.
Starring Chadwick Boseman, the plot of this film full of adrenaline focuses on the slaughter of eight policemen by two criminals.
Redeeming the past
As the trailer shows, this killing is something extremely sensitive for a skilled New York detective (Boseman) who as a child lost his policeman father while on duty.
Boseman’s murdered colleagues were called due to a robbery but they were killed with no clear reason. That is why Boseman will take the unprecedented measure of closing down all the accesses to the Manhattan Island for one night and, therefore, prevent the criminals from escaping.
But while the play cat and mouse savagely, the detective will sort out a conspiracy that hides much more than what it seems and in which the police itself seems to be part of.
