Eleanor Falco, a reserved but talented low-level cop, is recruited by FBI Special Agent Geoffrey Lammark to join the team in charge of identifying and apprehending the killer. This is an American cop thriller in which a policewoman and an FBI agent investigate a mass murder at the hands of a mysterious person.
