Isabelle Huppert: a flawless actress in her best role

The protagonist shines, scares and moves the audience in her new production: Greta

If someone like Isabelle Huppert –with a large filmography to her credit- still feels attracted by a story that challenges her and takes her to her limits, then that is because she feels inside the living spark of art.

Greta, the new story directed by recognized Neil Jordan, leaves no one indifferent as it shows how friendships can reach unexpected limits risking the lives of people.

To get that goal and take it to the big screen, Huppert’s experience supports the importance of her character, which at the beginning seems to be a nice and kind woman but then she becomes quite the opposite.

When you watch the film, it becomes obvious that this 66-years-old French actress can tackle any challenge in a successful way.

Innocent, kind Frances (Chloë Grace Moretz) never thought an apparent accidental event could change her life so much. Because when she finds a lost bag in the New York subway, she decides to return it and she meets Greta, a charming widow that will soon become a friend but whom she cannot escape of once she feels stalked.

A thriller that will make you think about personal bonds!
