Talk to Me tells the story of a group of friends who discover how to conjure spirits using an embalmed hand. This awakens a new emotion in them and they start using it more and more until one of them goes too far and unleashes terrible supernatural forces.
The film stars Sophie Wilde, Miranda Otto, Joe Bird, and Alexandra Jensen. It is also the feature debut of Danny and Michael Philippou, as it is the first time these two brothers direct a film. However, it is not the first time they have faced the challenge of directing and post-production, as they previously managed a successful YouTube channel known as RackaRacka, in which they uploaded a variety of audiovisual content, for example, parodies of Harry Potter, Marvel or Star Wars.
Talk to Me had its world premiere during the Sundance Film Festival in January and aims to become one of the most surprising horror films of the year.
