Isabelle Fuhrman, the actress who played the main character in the first film, is now twenty-five years old but still wears an angelic face. She returned to reprise her role as the terrifying young woman through prosthetics, make-up and camera and lighting effects to create an illusion of youth. The film features a great cast, including Julia Stiles (Hustlers), Rossif Sutherland, and Hiro Kanagawa.
