What did these actors do before they become famous?

Let's find out here

Many of the actors and actresses that are stunning nowadays in front of the cameras and flashes didn´t always enjoy a famous and luxurious life. Many even studied and pursued professional careers that weren’t related to the entertainment industry. Here's what some of your favorite celebrities were up to before turning fully into acting on the big screen.

Rachel McAdams worked at the renowned fast food chain with the yellow "M" with her brothers when she was sixteen. While she described it as a “great place to work,” she says she was far from being an exemplary employee as she wasted a lot of time washing her hands before delivering each order and even once broke the orange juice machine. A great adventure for who turned up to be the protagonist of Midnight in Paris some years later!

George Clooney (Suburbicon) dropped out of college and moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. Until he made it, he worked as an insurance salesman for some time, although it was definitely not his thing: in an interview in 2001, he said he went door to door and that on his first day he only sold one insurance policy!

Christopher Walken, who we will soon see in the family comedy The war with Grandpa, worked as a lion tamer in a circus. He said that the owner of the place had no kids, so he adopted him as such and taught him these dangerous practices. He even let him perform at the end of the shows when there was only one lion left and did a few tricks. Incredible, right?

Keng Jeong studied and practiced medicine while acting as a hobby. He always wanted to keep his seriousness at work, so it wasn't something he talked about much until he rose to fame. Now we’ll see him in My Spy.

Last but not least, Nicole Kidman, before acting, took massage therapy courses when her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and the disease caused her a lot of muscle pain. Despite shining in Hollywood today - as in Destroyer, Lion, and Secrets in Their Eyes - she states that is an activity she loves to do.

Congratulations to all of them!
