Elle Fanning is very satisfied with her work in Teen Spirit, the film by newcomer actor, now director, Max Minghella.
One of the reasons of Fanning’s joy is that she shares some characteristics with Violet, her character: “a part of me is like Violet, and it was great to turn to that and being that dirtier, more miserable side of myself. I really enjoyed it.”
The film shows Violet’s journey in a famous singing contest to which the actress says: “I’m eager to achieve success. Violet is and I am too. I feel I have that passion inside of me”. To which she adds, “Everyone has passion, you just have to find it”.
Teen Spirit. A Cinderella story with pop music
Fred Berger, producer of “La La Land”, and actor Max Minghella bring Teen Spirit to the bring screen. An inspirational story where a teenage girl of Polish origins will have to prove she is capable of winning a talent contest.
The film has an important added value: an incredible soundtrack by great artist such as Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, No Doubt and Annie Lennox.
A must- see film!
