Humor for adults in The Happytime Murders

A genre designed to bother

Humor for adults is a genre that consolidated over the years in theaters. Examples of this type of stories with double meaning and sexual connotations can be classics such as Porky's (1982) and The Naked Gun (1988). Director Brian Henson picks up this narrative tradition to give a new focus to the series of stories based on puppets and the result (by the way, totally funny) can be seen in his next film: The Happytime Murders. Mixing a world where puppets and human beings coexist in harmony, the cast is completed by Melissa McCarthy, an expert in humor, but who now takes another step in her career with the artistic proposal by Henson.

The Happytime Murders. Irreverent limitless humor

The population is on alert after a series of puppet murders. Unable to find the culprits, the investigation falls on former policeman Phil Phillips and Detective Connie Edwards (McCarthy) who will be fully devoted to solving the mystery.

Incredible humor for adults. Don’t miss it!
