Immaculate with Sidney Sweeney

Find out more about this new religious horror film

Immaculate follows Cecilia, a woman of devout faith, who is warmly welcomed to the perfect Italian countryside where she is offered a new role at an illustrious convent. However, Cecilia realizes that her new home hides dark and horrifying secrets.

Starring Sydney Sweeney, the film features a stellar cast, including Álvaro Morte, Simona Tabasco, and Benedetta Porcaroli. Directed by Michael Mohan, who previously directed The Voyeurs and Save the Date, and with the screenplay written by Andrew Lobel, the film hints at its inspiration in the plot of Rosemary's Baby, as it tells the story of a nun who becomes pregnant and it is not known how that happened. From that moment on, strange events begin to take place in the gloomy convent, which increasingly disturb the main character.

Immaculate explores several themes such as fanaticism, miracles, dark secrets, and the violence that can occur everywhere. It is a story that goes between fantasy and reality with extremely violent results.

This psychological horror will arrive this year in all theaters in Latin America.
