New Release: Ferrari

The film is finally in theaters

The film tells the story of Enzo Ferrari, the Italian founder of the car brand, as he is going through a profound crisis: his company may go bankrupt and he has a troubled marriage while dealing with the death of their son.

Ferrari is inspired by Brock Yates' book Enzo Ferrari: The Man, the Car, the Races, the Machine and is scripted by Troy Kennedy Martin. The film conveys how asymmetrical, messy, and chaotic life can be, beyond the logic and reason that characterizes the main character.

The film is directed by two-time Emmy Award winner Michael Mann, who previously directed Collateral and The Last of the Mohicans. It also features an incredible cast, including Adam Driver (The Report; Logan Lucky), Shailene Woodley (Adrift; To Catch a Killer), Penelope Cruz (355), Jack O'Connell, and Patrick Dempsey. For Ferrari, Adam Driver researched the life of the man he would play, analyzed his decisions, history, and how he moved, breathed, walked, and talked. He paid attention to every detail to shape a subtle performance that allows us to see the character's inner struggle.
