Green Book nominated for best production, edition and original script

The film by Peter Farrelly is put to the test again in a new round of awards

The movie Green Book is still one of the most acclaimed on earth.

After winning big at the Golden Globes taking home three awards, now the producers of the film are among the nominees for the prestigious Producers Guild of America Award, together with the biggest figures of the industry.

The winners of the 30th edition of these awards that warm up prior to the Oscars will be announced on January 19 at the emblematic Beverly Hills ceremony.

Growing intensity in the awards season

But nothing seems to be enough for the film about the friendship between two very different men as they travel through the south of a United States segregated in the early sixties.

Because the film is also nominated for best original screenplay at the Writers Guild of America, and for best edited feature film in the awards given by the American Cinema Editors, and whose galas will be held in February.

Starring one of the couples of the year on the screen, incomparable Viggo Mortensen and Mahershala Ali, this endearing film gives a message of harmony that moves the most demanding audience in the current hectic times.
