Maybe many don’t know, but Go Nagai is a celebrity in Japan. The creator of Mazinger Z completely innovated the manga world by being the first screenwriter to make stories with robots manned by people.
But that was not his only contribution, because in addition to the Mecha genre (name given from the creation of Mazinger Z), Nagai also introduced the concept of transformable robots that would later have worldwide success too.
To celebrate its 50 years linked to the manga industry and anime, he debuts on the big screen: Mazinger Z: Infinity.

Ten years after defeating Dr. Infierno, former pilot Koji Kabuto is a scientist of recognized trajectory. During an investigation on Mount Fuji, he discovers an archaeological site that could mark the return of his greatest enemy, but also a legendary hero: Mazinger Z.
