The actor stars in a touching story

Mark Wahlberg (All the Money in the World; Mile 22) is an American actor, singer, and television producer, who began his career with the rap band Marky Mark & the Funky Bunch. He later tried modeling. He made his film debut with Renaissance Man, starring Danny DeVito. From Boogie Nights onwards, he surprised critics with his performance and his career began to climb considerably in Hollywood.

Today, the actor has been in countless film projects and this year he has one more very special. Arthur, the King follows an adventure racer who adopts a stray dog named Arthur to join him in an epic endurance race.

Inspired by real events, Mark Wahlberg (All the Money in the World; Mile 22) plays Mikael Lindnord, the captain of the Swedish adventure athletics team, who had a peculiar encounter during the 400-mile race in the Ecuadorian jungle, when a stray dog crossed his path. Lindnord fed it, and from then on, the dog followed him for the rest of the adventure. After the race, the runner decided to adopt him and take him with him to Sweden.

Arthur, the King is an exciting story between a young man and his dog, a special dog that completely changes the runner's life and redefines the concept of victory.

The film will be in theatres throughout Latin America this year.
