Synopsis
Eleanor (Woodley) is a modern-day Clarice Starling, a young investigator wrestling with the demons of her past. When she’s called to the scene of a brutal crime, the hunt begins for a new, bone-chilling mass murderer.
The police and FBI launch a desperate nationwide manhunt, but are thwarted at every turn by the killer’s unprecedented behavior. Though inexperienced, Eleanor is drawn to the case and as she’s pulled in deeper, it becomes apparent that her own tortured psyche may make her the only one who can really understand the enigmatic killer’s mindset.
