Arthur the King is now on the big screen!

Enjoy this great release

Arthur the King tells the story of Mikael Lindnord, the Swedish adventure running team captain, who had a peculiar encounter during the 400-mile race in the Ecuadorian jungle when a stray dog crossed his path. Lindnord fed it, and from that moment on, the dog followed him for the rest of the journey. After the race, the runner decided to adopt him and take him with him to Sweden.

Did you know that true events inspire this wonderful story? It all started when producers Mark Canton, Dorothy Canton, and Tucker Tooley were in Atlanta shooting another film. Dorothy saw a short documentary on ESPN about the leader of the Swedish Adventure Racing World Championship team, who risked his chance at the gold medal to save the life of a homeless Cuzco dog named Arthur.

Mark Wahlberg, who stars in this lovely film as Lindnord, was watching the short ESPN documentary with his children when they told him it was an extraordinary story and that they also wanted to adopt the dog. On the other hand, Mikael Lindnord worked as a technical advisor on the film. The former champion still competes from time to time but makes his living mainly as an author and motivational speaker.

Arthur the King is an incredible tale of relationships and the personal journey of the characters and is now in theaters in Latin America!
