This year, we follow Bea Johnson's unforgettable story, in which she must face life with intellectually disabled parents and a family who can't agree on how best to help them. Bea is finishing high school and has a chance to go to college, but she is doubtful... Can her parents manage independently or will she have to stay to care for them?
This moving film explores family dynamics that arise from this kind of situation and includes Elaine Hall, a specialist in inclusion in film, theatre, and music, who shares her touching story as a mother of a child with autism.
